Discreet Shipping

All of our packages are shipped discreetly, in a plain box or envelope, displaying the sender's name as Metro Distributors.

Order Fulfillment Time

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen. When available, tracking information will be sent to the email addresses provided during purchase. 

Shipping Methods within USA

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express to ship our orders. Packages shipped using Federal Express are trackable and insured. If an insured parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund for you.

Unfortunately, we are not able to insure packages shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and we will not be liable for loss or damage of orders shipped via USPS (including all orders shipped to APO, FPO & PO Box addresses).

Shipping Options and Costs

The charge for shipping your order is determined by the weight and size of the products ordered and the shipping method you choose. Our automated system calculates your shipping charge and displays it for you at the time you choose your shipping method. Orders equaling $50.00 or more ship free via Economy.

  • Economy: First Class Mail 5 – 8 Business Days $5.00
  • Standard: USPS Priority or FedEx Home delivery 3 – 4 Business Days $12.00
  • Express: FedEx 2-Day $23.00

We trust our delivery carriers USPS and FedEX to do their best to deliver orders on time as advertised, but we cannot guarantee shipping times when carriers fall behind.

Backordered Items

To ensure prompt delivery of orders, products sold on are generally in stock at time of ordering. Occasionally, however, we will advertise items that are not immediately in stock - for example, new products that are available for pre-order. In these circumstances, the anticipated ship date will be stated within the product description.  

Shipping Exclusions

We do not ship to prisons, schools, churches or ship centers. We have automated filters for our ordering process that will prevent shipment to these locations. If you believe your address is triggering one of these filters unintentionally, please contact our Customer Care Team via email at

Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive a parcel, etc.) we will notify you by email.

If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on our part or of the delivery service, then will either replace the order for you or refund all charges, at your choice.
